Required Fundraising Contribution (two choices only):
- If paying directly to the school (without fundraising), $250.00 per family per school year, payment must be received by February 12, 2027.
- If it will be raised through our required school fundraisers, you must sell $500.00 worth of any combination of Required Home School Association fundraisers. If Choice #2 is used, monies must be completed by February 12, 2027.

Payment Options (three choices only):
FACTS Plan A: Ten Monthly Payments – The first payment will be made in July 2026 and the final payment will be made in April 2027.
FACTS Plan B: Semi-Annual - The first payment (50% tuition) is due in July 2026 and the final payment (50% tuition) is due in December 2026.
FACTS Plan C: Annual – The tuition is paid in full to FACTS by July 2026.
