August - September: |
Admissions process opens with the scheduling of tours for the current and next school year. School tours require registration and may be scheduled by calling the admissions director or school office at 212-289-3057. |
September - May: |
Parent and guardians visit for a tour led by the admissions director and principal, schedule assessment, and complete all necessary paperwork and admissions application. School tours require registration and may be scheduled by calling the admissions director or school office at 212-289-3057.

Late September/Early October: |
Early Childhood tours begin. Prospective parents and guardians for Pre-K - Kindergarten students visit the school and begin application process.

Sibling assessments take place for all current families interested in Early Childhood placement.

Late October - Ongoing: |
Assessments take place for families interested in Early Childhood placement.

November: |
Grades 1 - 8 tours begin. Prospective parents and guardians visit the school and begin application process.

Grades 1 - 8 assessments for siblings of current families take place.

January - August |
Grades 1 - 8 assessments for new families take place.

Starting in December - August: |
Admission decision letters are issued based on available space and admission criteria starting in December and ongoing. Decision letters are emailed approximately four to six weeks once the application is complete. Decision letters may be issued sooner.

Responses are due back from families who received an acceptance letter. Registration due dates are stated in the acceptance letter.

Last admission tour is conducted.

June: |
Information sessions and assessments are conducted. Registration is required.

Summer: |
Ongoing admission pending available space. Assessments arranged on an individual basis.
